Yoga with the Herd (Instructor: Jasmine)
You will be guided through 45 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, a unique pairing of breath, movement, and meditation which will leave you feeling equal parts inspired and chill- all while surrounded by our herd of curious alpacas.
