At Blooms on 7 Flower Farm, many of our experiences require advance planning, staffing, and limited availability. Because of this, our cancellation and refund policies vary by event. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

General Policy

• All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made before the applicable deadline for your event.
• Requests received after the stated deadline are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or credits.
• Bookings may be transferred to another person.
• Any approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

U-Pick Admission

Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 days before your scheduled visit. Use the confirmation email (sent to the email address that was used for purchase) to cancel your booking.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your visit up to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Use the confirmation email (sent to the email address that was used for purchase) to reschedule your booking. This is subject to availability.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made within 2 days of your visit and no-shows are non-refundable.

Alpaca Picnic

Refunds

• No refunds are available after booking.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your picnic up to 2 days before your scheduled booking, subject to availability.

Ticket Transfers

• Your reservation may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us before your scheduled booking with the new guest's name.

Late Changes & No-Shows

• Rescheduling requests made within 2 days of your booking and no-shows cannot be accommodated.

Workshops and Events

Refunds

• No refunds are available.

Date Changes

• Workshop registrations cannot be moved to another date.

Ticket Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us before the workshop begins with the new participant's information.

No-Shows

• No-shows forfeit their registration.

Yoga Classes

Our events run rain or shine. In cases of severe or unsafe weather Blooms on 7 Flower Farm may cancel, reschedule or modify events including workshops, u-pick and alpaca experiences. Guests will be notified in advance when possible.

If we cancel, tickets may be rescheduled, credited or refunded if no alternative is offered. Tickets are non-refundable if the event proceeds as scheduled.

Our workshop guests receive a behind the scenes look into what we do here at Blooms on 7! As a guest you can expect to…

→ gain an understanding of what growing flowers sustainably looks like in Alberta.
→ gain an appreciation for the natural beauty of the farm and its products.
→ gain an understanding of basic design skills (floral design painting, potting botanical dyeing etc.)

At the end of your workshop you are guaranteed to take home new skills and something lovely to remember the farm.

Please note our workshops and events run rain or shine. A Visitor’s Guide will be provided at time of booking.

Our farm is a quick and easy trip from the city- you’ll feel like you're 'out in the country' without actually being in the middle of nowhere! We’re a quick 10 minutes from east Anthony Henday, with paved roads all the way to the flowers.
